When you use the project intake form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone (optional), and the description of your problem, systems, and urgency. We also receive standard technical data (IP address, timestamps) for security and rate limiting.
We use submissions solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry — including follow-up by email or phone/WhatsApp when you provide those details. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except service providers acting on our instructions (e.g. hosting, email delivery).
Inquiries are retained for legitimate business purposes and deleted on request, subject to legal obligations. Server logs rotate automatically.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@zenflo.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days.
